Located in Sicily, in the vicinities of Avola, the farm holiday is situated within a 40 hectares citrus orchard biologically cultivated. The eighteenth century manor is amongst the few such buildings in Eastern Sicily. The name Baglio is used to indicate a typical Sicilian rural summer residence, mostly owned by noble families. The recently restored Baglio dates from the eighteenth century and is surrounded by a splendid citrus orchard yielding mainly a typical lemon called “Limone Di Siracusa”. Particular architectural value is attributed to the charming internal courtyard on which all the rooms overlook. The Baglio has been finely restored recently, paying particular attention to the selection of materials such as typical stones and local ceramics.
