DAY 1: WELCOME TO SICILY!

• Arrival / Check-in at Retreat House

• 6PM: Welcome meeting & Start of the Retreat

DAY 2: The GREEK AMPHITHEATER

• 7 AM on: Breakfast

• 9 AM: Morning Pilates and/or Meditation

• 10 AM - 1 PM: MASTERCLASSES

• 1 PM: Lunch Break

• 2-4PM: Free Time (Enjoy the beautiful pool, going to the beach or simply taking a walk by the beautiful orange orchard, relax and just be!)

• 4PM: Visit to the Greek Amphitheater, Ancient Roman Ruins, Ear of Dionysius

• 8PM: Dinner @ Ortigia

DAY 3: RELAX & CIRCLESING

• 7 AM on: Breakfast

• 9 AM: Morning Pilates and/or Meditation

• 10 AM - 1 PM: MASTERCLASSES

• 1 PM: Lunch Break

• 2-6 PM: Free Time (Enjoy the beautiful pool, going to the beach or simply taking a walk by the beautiful orange orchard, relax and just be!)

• 6 -8 PM: MASTERCLASSES

• 8 PM: Dinner

• 10 PM: Jam Session by The Pool

DAY 4: WINE TASTING & SING UNDER THE STARS

DAY 5: ETNA DAY!

• 2 - 9 PM: Trip to ETNA, Circle Singing on the craters

• 9 PM: Dinner @ Etna

DAY 6: CHILL & SING
